Synopsis
Sousuke has seen the message left in the newspaper for him and it turns out that it is from someone he knows to well. Meanwhile negotiations between Northern and Southern Hong Kong seem to be failing and they could soon be engulfed in the flames of war, unless the unknown Venom type is stopped.
